Kettering Quilters
Kettering Quilters

The warm days of summer are still with us as September begins. Children return to school and autumn is just around the corner. The rich golden colours of the season can inspire wonderful material colour combinations. Nature has a wonderful way of blending colour. The busy spider is leaving her delicate web a thread so fine we can only dream about sewing with that thickness. This month we are stepping away from quilting to learn a new Japanese sewing tecnique

Kettering Quilters was established in 1983 by two keen experienced quilters to further an interest in patchwork. We are a friendly group of keen sewers who meet  to share our knowledge of traditional blocks more modern techniques and small sewn projects.

The group meets every third Wednesday of the month - January - November.
